Reservation

Reservations are required at least 24 hours prior to arrival to ensure availability. All scheduled appointments must be reserved with the credit card details (credit card number, expiration date and card holder name) to secure your booking. Please note that Fivelements reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to arrival.

Cancellation/ Re-scheduling /Tardiness

For cancellations made later than 24-hours prior appointment a 50% charge of your scheduled treatment will be applied. No-show appointment will be charged 100%.

If you need to re-schedule your appointment, please contact us no later than 24-hours prior to your appointment and we will make every attempt to accommodate your desired program.

In the event that you arrive late, please note that we may be forced to shorten the treatment if the therapist has another booking immediately afterwards as a courtesy to the next guest.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 20 min prior to your booking. This allows proper time to complete a short health form and guarantee the full treatment experience.

Forms of Payment

For in house guests, all services may be charged directly to your room by signing the bill. For day guests, we accept cash or major credit cards. All prices are in thousands of Indonesian rupiah and subject to 21% tax and service charge.

What to Wear

For Healing & Beauty Rituals you will be provided with a bathrobe, slippers and private locker. For Water Healing you are required to wear your own swimwear and for Sacred Arts you may wear a comfortable outfit. Each room is appointed with a spacious shower for use.

Wellness Etiquette

As a healing destination retreat, Fivelements maintains a peaceful atmosphere integrated with nature. To this regard, we support a smoke-free & alcohol-free environment. In addition we kindly ask that you refrain from speaking loudly and please turn off your mobile phone while in our wellness sanctuary and pool areas.
