  • A 100% deposit is required 30 days prior to arrival to confirm your retreat programme. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
  • Fivelements Retreat Bali is a wellness sanctuary dedicated to healing, peace and personal transformation. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Use of electronic devices is kindly limited to guestroom areas to preserve the retreat’s tranquil atmosphere.
  • To honour the peaceful setting, we generally do not accommodate children under the age of 12.
